graduate this week and receive my diploma.

diploma is bestowed as a reminder to continue
aerobic exercise and critical lifestyle changes that
will help stabilize, and possibly diminish, the
plaque that already occludes my coronary arteries.
The minimum amount of
aerobic exercise to maintain cardiovascular health
is 45 minutes 3X a week for the rest of your life!
If you include warm up and cool down stretching and
light weights, the time increases to 1 hour 3x a

from a different perspective: We all have 168 hours
per week to work, eat, sleep, commute, play, read,
attend to obligations and live. Now, somewhere in
your busy schedule, there must be room for 3 hours
of aerobic exercise.
OK, maybe 5 hours if
you include getting ready and personal grooming.
